1. Orders
Can I edit or cancel my order after placing it?
We start processing orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible. Email us at hi@creativelydetroit.com with your order number as soon as possible and we’ll do our best.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase digital gift cards under Gift Cards in the main menu (once you add them).
2. Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Each piece is thoughtfully made to order. Please allow up to 15 days for production and delivery. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on the way.
Do you offer international shipping?
We do not currently offer international shipping. U.S. only.
3. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return window?
Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See our Return Policy page for full details.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Currently, we don’t process exchanges directly. We recommend returning your item for a refund/store credit and placing a new order for your preferred piece.
4. Product & Sizing
How do I know which size to order?

Are your products unisex?
Yes, our products are all considered unisex.
5. Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other payment options listed at checkout (e.g., Apple Pay, Shop Pay).
