• You’ll need your order number and email address.

• Most eligible items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

• Returns must follow our Return Policy guidelines.

How to Start a Return

1. Click Start a Return in the footer or Help menu.

2. Enter your order number and email address.

3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return.

4. Choose the reason for your return to help us improve.

5. Confirm your return and download/print your prepaid return label.

6. Pack your items securely and drop your package off with the listed carrier.

Before You Start
Make sure your item:

• Is within the 30-day return window

• Is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• Has all original tags and packaging

Questions About Your Return?

I can’t find my order number.
Your order number is in your confirmation email and your shipping confirmation email. It usually looks like CD-12345 (update with your format).

My label isn’t downloading.
Try a different browser or device. If it still doesn’t work, contact us at hi@creativelydetroit.com $supportemail$and we’ll send a label manually.
