The Basics
We offer returns on most full-price apparel within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. Items must come back to us in resaleable condition: unworn, unwashed, free of scent or marks, and with all original tags and packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or store credit and send a confirmation email.
How Returns Work

Enter your order number and email to access your order.

Select the item(s) you’d like to return and choose your return method.

Download or print your return label and package your item(s) securely.

Drop your package at the carrier listed on your label.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or store credit.

Return Fees
A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our prepaid return label. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I exchange instead of return?
Right now, we process returns and invite you to place a new order for your desired size or color. (You can update this later if you add exchanges.)
How long does a refund take?
Please allow 5–10 business days from the time your return is delivered to our facility for your refund to appear on your original payment method.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
Email us at hi@creativelydetroit.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right.
