Want to know where your order is? You can track it anytime.

At a Glance

  • You’ll need your order number and email, or your tracking link.

  • Tracking updates once your order ships and is scanned by the carrier.

How to Track Your Order
Option 1 — From your email:

  1. Open your shipping confirmation email from Creatively, Detroit.

  2. Click the Track Order or Track Shipment button.

Option 2 — From the site:

  1. Go to Track Order in the Help section.

  2. Enter your order number and email address.

  3. View the most recent updates from the carrier.

Common Tracking Questions

My tracking says “Label created” but nothing else.
This means we’ve created your label and your order is waiting to be picked up or scanned by the carrier. Updates usually appear within 24–48 hours.

Tracking says “Delivered” but I don’t have my package.
Check around your entry, mailroom, leasing office, or with neighbors. If it still hasn’t turned up after 24 hours, email us at hi@creativelydetroit.com
